Scanned the qr code and tried to check in, nothing happened though???

This is so stupid. Can’t we log in on a gov website like everywhere else? I just want to study! It’s been 2 years!

I don’t know where to begin. This app is the first app to ever make me cry. It is infuriating, relentless and ultimately, it feels as if the only work they did on the app was for the logo.
My flatmate sees bookings that I can’t see or have access to. The app crashes frequently. The login system is frustrating. When booking on the laptop, it resets your details for the booking every time you search.
I emailed the helpline regarding these issues and they said some people have priority booking and can book 2 weeks in advance, whilst I can only book one (the requirements for priority are dubious, or perhaps not as inclusive as they could be as it is). However, plot twist: I used to be able to book 2 weeks but it suddenly changed.
All in all, it’s inconsistent and illogical. If I could give zero stars I would and I think that carrier pigeon would be a more efficient booking method than the abomination that is SeatEd.

Difficult to book a place
It constantly jumps back to the log in page with no reason... no successful booking has been done yet
Glitchy, spontaneously quits
This app is so glitchy, it spontaneously quits because of apparent connectivity issues... every other app works perfectly fine. Very frustrating since the website is also useless. Do better UoE!
Such a useless app, disaster
So horrible, I can’t check in. I have booked a seat and when I tap check in it tells me the rest is unavailable. But the app also says I have book the desk. So weird and terrible.
Waste of time
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It simply does not work at all, I have never been able to move past the “loading” page once I log in.
The whole booking system seems to be completely down. If you’re going to force us to book into the library, then make a system that actually works please.

Unable to log in
It’s frustrating that users have to repeatedly log in. Now the app has stopped working all together and I am unable to log in at all to cancel my booking space or rebook a new one.
Why did I expect this to work

This app doesn’t work, almost as annoying as the actual website :(
Terrible Seating
You cannot search what specific seats are available. Also there are countless seats available in the libraries, but says none are, not allowing students to take use of library facilities.

maybe the uni can hire some computer science students to write the app? the app and the online form do not work most of the time. it usually takes 10 tries before i can book a place. also please stop logging users out randomly...
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work, it always causes an error which is very disappointing for a postgrad student. Not been in to a building yet because I can’t book a thing. They should take some tips for the sports centre.

Good app shame about the uni
