What's New in SeaTime Tracker
2.4.0

What's new in 2.4.0 FIND A COURSE • Search over 2,300 approved training centres, sorted by distance, with course dates where the centre publishes them. BEFORE YOUR ORAL • See the courses your next CoC needs, ticked off from your certificates, with the ones about to expire flagged. ASK ABOUT YOUR PATHWAY • Ask in plain words what your next ticket needs and get an answer from official MCA, USCG or AMSA guidance, with the sources shown. YOUR ROUTE TO THE TICKET • Pick the route you're taking to your target certificate, such as experienced seafarer, college or graduate, and the progress bars follow its figures. Covers MCA, USCG, AMSA, Maritime NZ and SAMSA. MORE PATHWAYS • Engineering pathways for CTV and workboat crews: engine ratings, MEOL, SMEOL and conversions. • Tug and Boatmasters' Licence pathways, with sea time counted properly. • Master (Workboat) under 500 GT under MGN 496. • SAMSA (South Africa) certificates and sea-day counting. COUNTED THE RIGHT WAY • Sole watchkeeper vessels: if you're the only watchkeeper in your department, your sea days count as watchkeeping days. • USCG two-watch vessels: working days of 12 hours or more count as 1.5 days. EASIER EVERY DAY • Quicker sign-up: find your vessel by name and length, no MMSI needed. • Review in bulk: confirm or reject many passages at once. • Log a voyage with your phone's GPS when your vessel has no AIS, now on iPhone too. • Reports, certificates and past sea-time import are easier to reach from the menu. • Profile photos now save properly. • Quicker year picker and date-only yard entries. • Corrected sea-time figures for several certificates, checked against the official notices. • Fixes and performance improvements.
