Worse than useless
Simply wrong. Does not agree with Seattle public utilities website. Said pickup this week: day after thanksgiving would be normal pickup day. So I scrambled to get leaves from my very large trees out in time. No pickup today. Website says a day late this week. If I did not have the app I would have just looked at the website and had the correct information.
Here’s a better idea:. Just publish schedule in a google calendar. A separate calendar for each pickup zone. Then people can link the google calendar to their calendar apps on either iPhone or android and see it without going to website or installing yet another app
Update. Rather than respond to this review I received a message to resubmit my review again in a different place before they will even read it.
What better way is there to say “we dont care about our customers “

Update the app, start over from scratch
Somehow it lost my address when it updated. Minor problem except it has a buggy address entry. Couldn’t find a schedule until I re-entered without the zip code for some reason.
Convenient
Downloaded it to learn our schedule, pleasant surprise to get weekly reminders the day before to take out the trash
Good deal!
This app is great for keeping me in the know about bin collection. I appreciate that Quick Look and know immediately if it’s time to get my bins full and out!
