Jerry Dispatcher

Extremely rude an unprofessional. I had a load booked from ATL airport pick up asap 170 miles away on 6/18/23 to SC drop off 6/19/23 at 8am. I print out my paperwork and head to the airport. Im told my load is 7 miles away at another location. I head there and the location is closed. I call Jerry a dispatcher for Seaweb and he insults my intelligence multiple times and is being extremely rude. He tells me to go back to the original location 7 miles away. 10-4 on my way. I get there and guess what? My load isn't there. I call Jerry and he tells me to hang tight. He calls me back and sends me the address where I previously was. I tell him I was there and it's closed. He tells me to hang tight. 10-4 no problem. He calls me back and says there was a mistake with the load, there paying 75$ TONU are you still interested in the load. Pick up time 10am 6/19/23. I told him I would do that for an additional 75$. Immediately he gets upset and says there not going to do that. I said ok than I don't want the load. Once I say that he becomes rude and aggressive. He tells me fine no TONU no one's getting paid and I should've just taken the load for the 75$ TONU. Respectfully my price is my price. 4hrs of my time was wasted on Father's Day. Jerry decided to kick me off the app and ghost me. I want my 75$. I didn't violate anything in seawebs agreement. I've been banned from the app and I won't get paid all because of an emotional dispatcher named Jerry. I will not stop speaking about this manner until I'm rightfully paid and I get an apology. I'm already in communication with the fmsca. No driver deserves to deal with this type of disrespect and abuse. Protect your drivers. Do better Pending insurance cancellation June 7th 2023

Great Carrier to run with! Always get paid 1-3 business days.
Yes, you must be competitive on the app to get loads but thats the market these days. You DO have a choice wether to utilize the app or to work with an actual person to book for loads for you just in case you’re not comfortable.

The worst expeditor app of them all!!

This company is trash. Never wins bids then they took 45 days to pay me with h quick pay. I’ll stick with A to Z and empire. They are way better!!! Also when you get to a pick up location the dispatcher never know a pick up number and takes too much time to get simple load info that they should have. I got to a drop off a few times and had to wait for Jerry to do his job and find where the load was to be dropped off, they take so long I had to figure it out myself and make calls. Sea web is a terrible company. Don’t get paid late. Don’t waste your time sign up with fox carriers.

Hi, thank you for submitting the information. Since this review doesn’t state a driver’s name associated with our company it is not possible to investigate any late payment. Most quickpays are paid within 2 business days, if there was a discrepancy we can assure it wasn’t 45 days later. A bunch of losers

This app doesn’t manage any load the have a bid chat and contact you when the offer is accepted about an hour after your offer then expected you to wait until they have the contract once you get the job and drive to pick up, no one knows about any order or what are you doing there, they don’t provide contact names and numbers, no info about the load what kind of order is , I personally wait one hour outside at the gate of a facility being unable to pick up the order what a waste of time and money, don’t even try you will lose time and money

Hi gatorfred, sorry to hear about the mishaps. We are not sure which driver account you are associated with therefore we can’t speak if any specifics you are referencing. In the cargo business sometimes loads are cancelled without any reason. Most times a driver is paid TONU and in other cases the shipper may refuse to pay. We also have mishaps where freight is not ready or at the facility we were sent to. Freight also gets lost at large warehouses where many loads are going in and out all day.
