Symplr and Intellicentrics have “merged” HOWEVER, you still need to pay for 2 subscriptions with both companies while they “merge”. What a joke and a way to STEAL money!

GPS Tracking
This requires you grant GPS tracking ALL THE TIME! Not just when using the APP. ALL THE TIME. Meaning this company can track your phone where ever you go. Not just in their contracted facilities when you are working.
It’s a complete invasion of your privacy. The app will not function if you choose only while using the app.

This is the biggest piece of crap. It never works. I think the vendors who sign up for this service needs to be aware of how this company is screwing them out of money!

NEVER WORKS
Should be super convenient- but the app and badge have worked maybe 5% of the time. Never sync correctly, don’t update - complete waste of money for this badge and app.
Driving up the cost of healthcare
This mobile app - badge combination consistently takes longer to use and often malfunctions. Wasted 37 minutes so far today with it and with the help desk. New badge, recently updated app, updated iPhone iOS. Disturbing to say the least. Negatively impacting our ability to support caregivers in surgery.

Is there 0 stars option?? This app absolutely #%!*suxxxx!!! I can’t use it 90% of the time! And yeah the fees….don’t get me started on that but the previous reviewer said it all! Works with not working Sec3ure app
This app connects badge to the Sec3ure app that has been loading for 30 minutes as of this writing. If your management switches to this with soooo many bad reviews, look for the new car in his driveway. Without kickbacks, no one would choose this.

Always doesn’t sync
Terrible functionality. Need to always remove and reinstall the app in order for it to sync the badge to my iPhone.
Badge is connected but the pop-up says not connected

How in the world am I supposed to use this device when you can’t type in the code to pair the badge?

Drains battery
App has to use your location “always & precisely”. Absolutely drains your battery. Your lucky if your phone lasts half the day. Not ideal when working in surgery.
What a piece of crap!!!!
First of all, with this new service, I now need to go to my job location at least 45 minutes earlier now. It used to be 30 minutes with the old way of checking in, but this “ time Saver” is a piece of crap! I didn’t think they could make it worse but they did! I didn’t want this new service, but they told me If I wanted to work, I have to pay for it. These companies extort money out of us self-employed contractors. Most think that these companies they represent pay for all these fees, while they do not. I pay over $1000 these services & they know nothing about me and holds a lot of my personal information hostage. This is worse than a union. Reminds me how the mafia used to run things,! They give you no choice, you pay these companies a substantial fee in order to work, even though they have no association with you and know nothing about what you do and what is required of ourselves.
How is this company still running? This is extortion! How is this legal? What a joke! It just shows you how the top brass at all this “non profit “ hospitals know nothing and I’m sure they’re getting a kickback in some form from these companies!!! No wonder healthcare is failing us!

Absolutely agree. They have a $39 criminal background check for one hospital? I already had to pay for 2. Not paying for another.
I already hated this company
And then I received this little eBadge in the mail - it won’t work with my iPhone 11. Why is there two apps to accomplish this? I can’t even hit the menu button as it’s over the iPhone clock
