This kind of scam and fraudulent scheme

After I used the free trial finish and I renewed the subscription but after I done with subscription the app isn’t working again so I didn’t be able to used what I paid for

Scam

Subscription money was taken but on the app it is saying to active subscription. I cancelled the subscription but got scammed for ₹1799 as there is no way I can apply for refund.
