They monitor your text messages and they won’t send it if it has any words in it that violates their terms.In other words you can’t cuss or the message won’t send. You only get a 3 days free trial after that everything will cost you.

My messages are constantly getting flagged and not sent when I don’t even know what “policy violations” I’m making. Notifications don’t always appear and I’ve been logged out multiple times and didn’t realize I was missing messages.

So I used the free trial on this app and picked a USA phone number. I got a call on the number late at night, picked up and someone just breathed on the line for a couple of seconds then slowly put the phone down. What the hell was that? They didn’t even say anything.

This subscription page was designed to fool you into believing you’re selecting a free trial but you’re actually selecting something that allows them to STEAL $72 from your account!! And despite contacting them FIVE minutes later, NEVER even using the app, and BEGGING them to refund my money, they refused!! Passing the buck to Apple knowing full well Apple is impossible to get refunds from and knowing full well they SCAMMED THE MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE with their MISLEADING “TRIALS”. 100% designed to TRICK people out of their hard earned money!! I’m going to report this company & this legal form of theft to everyone I can! You people should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!

To that I say, when you put the words “free trial” & “subscription” on the same button it’s very possible. That button was created solely to TRICK people into believing they were getting a free trial, banking on the fact that people are used to hitting the “free trial” option so u snuck the word “subscription” in there too. Nice work! That’s extremely deceptive, and that lack of transparency should be illegal and is also why this company has so many bad reviews. But congratulations, you stole my $72 successfully for an app that u can clearly see, I have never even opened. I got tricked into donating to your scam charity because lord knows you people would never give a refund, that would go against the whole principle of what u built your business on: deception & taking money you aren’t entitled to. Bravo.
