I paid for unlimited text for my business and my account doesn’t work. I can’t get in touch with anyone to fix it and I’m annoyed. Give me my money back this is a scam

I love this app it works beautifully and I recommend it to anybody that requires a second number and a free number which is all data and it’s great for receiving the messages instead of having a contract phone number. The fact that I’ve kept the old phones, this has given me the opportunity to use those numbers from the app without opening contracts as this is only used for the messaging apps.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER Service
At the beginning of using this app everything worked fine. Then all of a sudden the app would not send texts; only one letter would send. I sent four emails for help and not one was responded too. I canceled my subscription due to no response from customer service. I absolutely would not subscribe to this service.

I have use this number for Days now I can only text I can’t make calls and you can’t even see pictures I sent it the one sent to me it is a bit boring but you can text but you can’t call from it or see the picture you have to fix your app thank you

Such a scam of an app. You can only text a few messages before being forced to pay for a full subscription after the app states upon registration that you have 3 day free trial period. Do not purchase. Waste of time.
