バグで進めない
赤いローブの絡まりをとるミニゲームで、絡まってないのにクリア出来ず、スキップもできないから消すしかない。悲しすぎた
Nice game but has technical issues
I really enjoy playing their games and I also like that it has parts to it, in a story telling format. But I’m stuck at the knots challenge and it’s frustrating. I tried uninstalling and installing again, also used gems and also tried to check the app. My app is up to date. But I’m still stuck for the last few days, don’t know how to proceed.

Puzzle broken
Was really enjoying this game and have played many others previously but am stuck on the rope untangle puzzle which even when untangled the rops stay red. There seems no way to solve it and cannot progress. Very disappointed
Rope game in basilisk yard still not working.
Other reviewers have mentioned this and yet it doesn’t seem to have been fixed. Shame, as I was enjoying the game up until this point, now I’m just going to give up and delete it. If the developers haven’t fixed it with the number of years they’ve had to do so, then clearly they’re not going to. Very disappointing.

Невозможно пройти мини-игру,распутать узелки. Как ни старалась,ничего не получается и пропустить нет возможности
スキップ出来ない
ロープの結び目を解くと言うパズルで、どうしても解けず、スキップしましたがスキップ出来ず場面も変わらずだったので先に進めずやむ無くやめました。残念。
Stuck on puzzle error
Game was great until you get to the string puzzle. No matter how I untangle it it does not go through. Tried skipping and won’t work. Waste of time since I can’t get whatever is needed to move on.
I would rate this game of five had it not been for one issue
I’m currently stuck on the rope string crossing puzzle I tried to look up two different walk-throughs about how it was, but it’s not turning green when I do it I even tried skipping it, but it’s not letting me continue can you please fix the issue?

Игру пройти невозможно из-за бага с узелками, пришлось удалить. Очень расстроило, учитывая какая классная была первая часть. Вторая разочаровала

Stuck from game error
Got stuck at one puzzle (uncrossing strings attached to a circle). Turns out it’s game error—somehow not solvable. Pressed “Skip” a few times—puzzle would circle around but never resolve—it did take hearts, though. I looked up 2 different walkthroughs for the answer—put it in just as seen, but puzzle still didn’t resolve. Strings never turned green as they did in video walkthrough or as in other site’s photo of solution. Cant move forward in game, so I’m deleting it.

Knots minigame doesn’t work
Me gustan los juegos de la serie, pero el minijuego de los nudos no funciona. He usado el skip pero ha consumido la gema sin pasar el minijuego, con lo que el juego se ha quedado parado ahí. Lástima!
Der ganze Spaß ist vorbei
Wie es schon erwähnt wurde, bei Knotenrätsel ist schon das Spiel zu Ende. Softwarefehler.

Bugged puzzle
Bought gems to skip rope puzzle but it didn’t complete and stole my gems I am very disappointed I was enjoying the game until this happened hasn’t been fixed and people have been complaining about it for a while
Glitch in puzzle
I came to the rope puzzle and I completed it but it would not work. I finally used a skip but still would not work. I reset the game and did it all again but same result. I wasted time and crystals!
