Constant restart
Please fix the bugs. When selecting the hints to watch the video the game restarts and you need to watch again. Other than that it’s a good game.
Game crashed and took my only ruby and hints
I love do games but this game needs work. I was enjoying the game until I tried using my hints and the game would just shut completely off. When I got back on it had took my hint. I was ok with that but then when I got to a puzzle I wanted to skip with my only free ruby it shut off again and took my ruby and didn’t skip the puzzle. After that I stopped playing the game all together. Please fix this issue. It’s very frustrating. If it gets fixed and I’m able to finish the game without any more issues I’ll gladly change my review.

Game keeps crashing, causing me to miss out on hints and gems.

J’ai adoré les 5 précédents tome en français. Par contre celui-ci est en anglais dommage ! Je vais essayer tout de même. A quand une version française ?

Absolutely love this game but when watching a video for a hint the game just closes down and it does it quite abit and its very annoying other than that the game is good graphics are amazing
Having trouble
I started the game with 1 ruby and 5 coins. I tried using the coins on hints, and 1 of the 4 worked. The others crashed the game and when I restarted, they were gone. Same thing with the ruby. I tried to use it to skip a game, and the app crashed again, and when restarted, it was also gone. A bit frustrated.

Game crashes when I enter the circus. Tried multiple times.
Inventory access closes points of interest
You can’t click on an area of interest and select items from your inventory at the same time which makes the game pointless. I deleted and redownloaded and it solved the problem but I stopped playing for the night and started to play again and the problem returned. I was over 1/2 way through the game so I won’t delete and start over. I tried force closing the app which also did not help.

Could be a good game
The game is quite good but the play hasn’t been properly thought out, doesn’t seem to fit the screen properly and one of the games requires you to move the item through a tight maze with your finger which covers the item so you can’t see how close you are to the sides which makes you lose. Enjoyed it for a bit but had to delete it.

Bonjour il y a un gros problème, quand on clique sur les objets à utiliser sur la zone sa s’en va direct . Je viens de commencer, j’ai fais les autres jeux je n’est eu aucun soucis . A part celui ci .
Shame on devs
Crash especially with ads. I think it is unfair the be penalised by having to sit through an advert if selecting the match 3. My eyesight is poor and the match 3 normally means I can enjoy the remastered games (that I played when they were another brand).
Please don’t penalised those with fading eyesight, if Match3 is offered as an alternative to “find the object’. I know ad watching is revenue for the free aspect, but I have deleted this game, without finishing as it made me so cross.

Can't access the water bucket that comes out of the well on the page with the griffin.
Crashes way to much
I enjoyed the game that I was able to play but it kept crashing, inventory had disappeared and the game didn’t register a object in the right place so I was stuck, I reset it twice with no luck, such a shame
Great FTP game
Enjoyed this game. Best fact you can play for free to the end and no bonus game you then have to pay for. Well done team thank you for helping me to relax at stressful times.

I have just paid for some gems on this game & it now keeps crashing, liked it up to now but I’m now not impressed
