WARNING: Game Freezes at 1/2 through
I’m at the Basilisk enclosure of the way and need to untangle the ropes but am unable to move the knots up or down on the bars. When I try to skip, the game freezes. I have exited and restarted the game but it did not help. Please fix. Since I’m 1/2 or more through the game I’m not going to reset and start over. ☹️

I can’t get past the ropes to untangle even though I’ve done it correctly. Otherwise, I do enjoy this game.
Game still freezes!
Have enjoyed the secret city series, but on this game, the mini game, where you have to untangle the ropes, freezes! Have to close and reopen the game, but still can’t really proceed! I have sent an email to the developer about this, received return saying they are aware of the problem, but it is more than a month and still no fix or update! Shouldn’t be that hard to fix this! Very frustrating. Please fix and update! Thank you!

Cannot get past untangling the wreath. I have restarted the game, reloaded the game, tried to skip this and nothing works. I paid over $7.00 for this game and cannot complete it. Very disappointed!!
Frozen
Hate paying for a game and it is now frozen. Was still in the beginning stage. Will not even open anymore
