App suddenly had update and then crashed losing all my info.

Worst service ever

I have used this app for many years. It has worked great for a while besides a few bugs. I just lost all my data today. I contacted support. Asked if there was any way to get that data back. All they said was no. So don’t get this app. It is a waste of your time. All of the data lost with no warning. No help from customer service. Not even a shred of help. They just said no.

Worked until it didn’t

Lost years worth of notes. Woke up one morning to find them all gone. Every single password, username, detail, accounts, etc. completely gone.

STUPID APP

I updated this app (never deleted it, offloaded or anything! JUST UPDATED IT) and it deleted every single one of my notes. I’m a songwriter and I had my songs in there!!!!!!!!!!! I LOST MY YEARLONG WORK!

DO BETTER DEVELOPERS!

Be very careful of this app

If you use to keep information, you will lose it. Lost a ton of info when I changed phones even though I backed it up and logged into Google. It’s not dependable.

Works well

I use this app quite a lot because writing my thoughts helps me calm down and get down to earth. Although apple notes have a Touch ID option, these notes are still visible so I use this app.

It does have a couple of bugs: when you edit a note sometimes it does not save what you changed and also when you clear the app it asks for Touch ID. These are only minor issues and I would still recommend the app

Update really ruined a good program

Just updated. Can’t get in. Don’t want Facebook. This was a great app that now is useless. Will find a replacement soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we got lot’s of feedback users are losing their data after uninstall, so we’ve decided to move further on this. So we’ve added features to store your data on the server with encryption. Even we can't read your data. So please signup with the Facebook or Google and enter into the app.

Deleting!!

I’ve had this app for awhile and it works great! Today, I had to update it. When I opened it, it wouldn’t let me see my notes because I have to sign into Facebook. I don’t have Facebook so I can’t use the app anymore :/

very upset. i got on there it was working great, then i closes out of the app and 5 minutes later tried to get back on it and the app won’t even open.

Overall Good App

PRO:
> Love that I can have a title at the top.
> Easy to use. I love a simple note app, so hard to find a perfect note app.

CON:
> Having to use a PiN to sign-in. Not needed. Please remove.

Ojo con pagar este producto

Esta aplicación tiene una versión paga que es exactamente igual a la versión gratuita. No da ningún beneficio adicional.
Al escribirle al desarrollador me indica que son iguales y no tienen diferencias.
No vale la pena pagar por este producto.
Además que el desarrollador no es muy amable en sus respuestas al solicitar soporte técnico, poco colaborador e irónico.
No recomiendo el producto
