I emailed the Team and suggested having the option to sort the Notes in alphabetical order, as this would make it quicker to find what you’re looking for. My suggestion will be passed on, so here’s hoping 🤞🤞

APP not working - SOLVED
However, I got in touch with the app support and they helped me a lot solving this issue. all the communication was pleasant with prompt service support.
They were very helpful throughout the entire problem-solving process. One of them contacted me privately to help solving the problem.
I am very happy with the customer service support.
The app is running just fine again and I strongly recommend this service/app.

First of all we would like to say sorry for all the trouble you have faced due to the sudden loss of Notes issue with Version 3.0 update as we had some programming issue and we are apologise for the same and it was really hard time for us and by working day and night we have resolved the issue in the new version of app with version 3.1 on the Store. Please update the new version of app without deleting the existing app in your device. And that will get all your Notes back to the app without any problem. If you find the issue is resolved and working fine in your iOS device with our any issues then please correct your ratings and feedback on AppStore and provide us better ratings and reviews if you think this app deserve it as our developers really did hard work to get all the lost Notes back for you.
