I lost all my important photos
I’m really upset. The app had a bug and I lost all my photos. I had saved pictures of my late husband there so I wouldn’t have to see them every time I opened my regular album—and now they’re all gone.

Help - Can’t add content
This app no longer allows pics to be added and I an an Entire Life customer. I really enjoyed it at first but the app winks out and tries to make you pay again to add photos. Big disappointment. I hope the developer fixes this FAST!!!
A con do not buy
I paid for lifetime membership, Really good app the first year then as the anniversary of me using the app came I was required to pay again. This should have happened as I bought lifetime membership but the app now keeps prompting me for an additional payment and now I can’t use it. No support from the developers.

Please reach out. Had valuable pics in my account. I have a new phone. Same Apple ID. How do I regain access. I had this problem before and thankfully you guys were able to fix it. I am a premium member. Please help lol I have the lifetime plan. I just got a new iPhone same iCloud info hhh

I am trying to login after not using the app for a long time, but I only get a scientific calculator. Any idea what keys am I supposed to hit after entering my secret code?

Lost Data
I had the app a few years ago in 2019 but it randomly stopped working and I lost all my photos I had access to. Is there any way to recover these photos now?

Not to my liking
This app is perfect it has photos videos notes or whatever you wanna hide from people so when someone decides to go through your phone they cannot because they need the passcode though I didn’t like it that much because I thought it was gonna be like a Calculator even when you go in the inside and then you’ll just enter the numbers for it to open but just the logo was like the Calculator so it’s not to my liking but I would definitely recommend it

Crappy app
I had this app paid subscription for 3 years
One month ago I forgot my password
Therefore I change my password to a new one, when I went back to the app, I had lost all my 4 albums of pictures.
I didn’t think that by changing password you would lose all my info.
I call Apple they try to help me, but of course this app is not Apple.
Apparently all my 4 albums are gone
The only thing I got back was 14 pictures of break in, me trying to get my password to work
Think about it before you throw 7.99 and loose all your info

Grid
The photos/videos displayed on any of the albums take up too much space - it’s all set up in rows of two. The grids of the albums should have the option for me to choose the rows of the photos/videos that I want to see, with at least six to nine.
