Update and customer service

Ever since you guys updated this app, I have had nothing but issue and lost photos. The customer service is horrible also. I have sent two emails and have not had a single reply.

I do not recommend this company.

Keeps crashing and lost everything!!!!

Support is 100% useless and will not acknowledge the problem or provide actual support in fixing it. It’s obvious the app broke with an IOS upgrade and the developer stopped supporting it. Lost everything, thousands of personal photos.

Do not purchase

Worked fine for a year. Now 20 seconds after the app is opened , it crashes back to the home screen lost all my nudes.

Please fix this bug

I’ve used this app for so long but I haven’t been able to get into it for so so long and I have some very important pictures. The app just crashes every time I open it. Please fix this ASAP.

Absolute garbage

I’ve had this app for a year or two now and all of a sudden it keeps crashing and it won’t stay open long enough to get my photos off would not recommend this app very angry about losing my photos!

App shuts down itself

For the past few days I can’t get in the app. Sometimes it doesn’t even take passwords. App automatically closes after like 2-3 seconds.

Not sure why but 2 seconds after you log in, the app pushes you out. Can’t access my stuff.

Password reset

I had this app for years and the old version was good enough for me
Never wanted to update it
My only password was it hit % twice to get in it
And the new update needs a 4 digit password and i didnt have a password from the start

Very annoying

I’ve used this app for a really long time over a year now I think and it has been great but lately every single time I get on the app it kicks me back to my home screen and then when I try to get back on it won’t let me type in my password or anything it’s very annoying and I hope you can fix it thank you

I have had this app for over a year and have a ton of pictures and videos in it however after this last update it kicks me out after 20 seconds is this a problem that can be fixed over all I give it 5 star
