Order ahead needs work
I live in Eagle Rock so was excited to have the app and delivery now as an option. I pre-ordered at 2pm and took the first time slot avail which was 5:40. Went through the whole process and it looks like it gets submitted and a ding goes off and sounds like it was submitted - but it doesn’t. I only realized it hadn’t gone through when my pizza didn’t show up. So I went back on the app and ordered three more times with the same outcome before realizing a very tiny box popped up at the bottom of the screen after your order is submitted to say that the time slot was not avail. Not sure why it’s set up this way and why that time slot would go away while I’m ordering at 2pm but the app should make it much clearer the order didn’t actually go through. Otherwise the functionality and menu selection seems fine and straightforward.
