Really a gem for a privacy oriented chat client

I was looking to get into XMMP for more secure communication and most of the apps on the app store advertised as private but collected user data or shilled in app purchases - linked to apple account.

Secret has the features of a desktop client and is open source. It’s hard to garner support and compete with apps exploiting their very own users to fight in the rat race. So this is why I write this review, I hope development continues and people start to take notice ❤️
