My game has not been updated in a while. When will it be updated so I can continue playing. I really do love this game so I would love to continue on.
Stopped working
I have been playing this game for a while. I’m up to level 2571 and I am frozen. It says they completed the level and it won’t go past so I can work on the last level of the game. I would like to put out a support ticket, but I can’t find anywhere on the developers website where I could take care of that.

Abandoned game?
I really like the gameplay and the storyline, but there hasn’t been an update to add rooms past the recording studio so I’ve moved on to other games. It’s a shame because this is a very good match 3 game.
Why
How do you stop the game from popping up constantly in the middle of you playing other games it is irritating. I want it to stop.

the investigation room is great if you could add the chair in the back of the desk to be unlocked as well adds to the fun of the game! UPDATE: It’s not a dead game. It still updates somewhat. But just note that they have another game they’re working on, and sometimes it can take a while for a game to update. So please be patient, it’s always worth it in the end! :)

This game used to have weekly events and they are all gone. Official Socials like fb hasn’t had an update in a year. Seems like a dead game.

Update: the error is still there above the chandelier. Please fix that error so nobody can hack your game! And if you do, thank you for removing that hack. Don’t cheat while playing a game, it’s not right and it ruins the fun. Also, this game is amazing and fun! I want to write about this game this game is very good but this game really stresses people out.
Was a great game
When this game first came out it was great! I was able to get close. I was at level 1156 before I couldn’t get any farther. However, when I started over, I can’t get past 300, they’ve made it too hard. I’m guessing that they weren’t making enough money, so chose to go that route. Unfortunate, as I would have been happy to buy the game outright.

I saw something while playing above the game and I tapped it.
It seemed like an hack of rooms. I am NOT gonna do that to your game, as cheating isn’t the right way to play. Please remove that button from above the jail gate in the first room so nobody can cheat!

Seriously 🤨 why does the game need to shuffle when there are useful moves.. typically it doesn’t when you need it to the most.. instead shuffling then.. you only have the option to waste move(s) + lives
Please improve the game by simply adding more than 5 lives or creating them to add back up DURING infinity.. also go back to updating regularly so game doesn’t keep dropping out during playing
