I enjoy the stories but about 4 of them don’t load at all and 2 of them let me complete 1 episode and then shut down and now won’t open
Fun but glitchy
I enjoy playing this game and going through stories and not having to spend money on certain choices! However, the error message pops up during chapters for some episodes which makes it hard to enjoy when you can’t finish & get through it! Hopefully it’s fixed sooner than later!
Disappointed for the error loading problem.
Always, in the middle of the game, the error page pops up, I tried all solutions the help page suggested but none worked. I’ve noticed that several people mentioned this issue months ago and it’s still like this, more than 80% of my games don’t work.

It’s a really fun game, I enjoy many of the stories! However, there is a glitch where it pops up with an error and will not let me open the story again. I saw reviews that it’s been happening since may. Can something be done about it?
Not working??
I LOVE the game but a couple chapters into a story I’ll get an error message that won’t let me continue the story. It happens eventually with every story I play, and sometimes even happens on the first ‘episode.’ Pls fix this asap, it’s a ridiculous glitch and it seems like it’s been that way for some time (i saw another user complaining about the same issue on May 20th. It’s now July 8th). I rly enjoy the game and want to keep playing it.

ERROR MESSAGE
Can yall PLEASE fix the error message that comes up for most stories?!?!! I love the stories that it actually lets me play but on most it only lets me play 2 episodes and then it says error loading. Some of them I can’t even get past the character customization screen. Lots of people are discussing this online and having the same problem. I’ve already talked to the Help center and they were very unhelpful and have been saying they are aware of the issue for the last 2 months. Don’t get yourself too invested in the games until they fix this because it’s very frustrating to get shut out of a story in the middle/beginning!

Secrets
This game app is definitely fun and I do enjoy using it, however it’s the only app that has issues with downloading stories properly! And if I can’t get through a story in one sitting I’ll likely never be able to play it again! They’re never able to download the story completely a second time and I’ve literally tried everything to fix it with zero luck!!! Kind of a disappointment!!

Won’t Load Stories
I’ve been enjoying the stories but some of them will start and then have an error loading message then it just closes it won’t open again. This is for most stories on the app which is unfortunate because the stories were fun and interesting.

I love this game so much I just wish when I’m in the middle of the story it wouldn’t show an error message and I was hoping it would be fix but it’s been like that for 4 months and I still can’t finish my story’s!
Was a good app, refuse to fix error that makes it unusable
Their stories a good but plagued with a loading error they’ve made no effort to fix, there’s not been an app update in 8 months and all they say about the loading error is that “we’re aware of it.” There’s also not been a new story in a year. The team does not maintain the app to the levels required to make it playable, but when it does work it’s addictive!

I love this app and I enjoy playing it, but it just glitches and says error loading secrets to some of my stories midway which upsets me a little bit because most of the stories that say the error loading are the ones I really enjoy so then I have to choose a new story.
LOVE THIS! FIX THE BUGS
Such a well-rounded game. You’re enjoying it, and then suddenly you get this error. Now I can’t play at all. The support article says it’s an issue with my internet and to try again later, but my internet is running at top speed, and I’ve been trying to get back in for over an hour with no luck.

It’s good I love the stories it’s just half way or mid game it kicks me out saying error and I restart my phone or delete the game and reinstall yet it still doesn’t work
Constant crashing
Half the stories now have a glitch and keep crashing, saying there is an issue with the server. This has been going on for months.
Fix issues
Absolutely adore the game amazing that you can choose what you want without spending money but I can’t play a lot of the stories due to a error message I get half way through one story and it won’t let me play that one anymore so only 3 stars for the issue
