Same thing happened to me, they tried to charge me over 10 times and it finally went through somehow.
Errors with their support contact
I had a free trial i started through their website and i tried contacting the company to end it, however their contact details had errors so my emails weren’t able to go through, leading to me being charged. I recommend for them to fix that.
