La aplicación no funciona, no tengo cómo utilizar el producto, necesito ayuda con esto

First Secual Box v2 I had developed a fault. Returned to Amazon seller who then sent me another. The replacement Secual Box disarms itself after a while so provides absolutely no security whatsoever. The siren level from the alarm system is so poor that you can’t actually heat it outside of the house.
Attempting to control the alarm system with the app results in an error message “Request time out”. Having opened several support requests tickets to eTiger support desk I’ve yet to receive a reply from them in 11 weeks.
Dreadful company, awful alarm system, no customer support just automatic responses informing me they’ve opened a support ticket.
If eTiger hasn’t gone busy already (quite likely the case considering their lack of response for support) then they are certain to dissolve as a company very, very soon.

Alarm now replaced with Ring, 2nd gen.
