Like the new sbar

There are a lot of new features that I like, being able to use the keyboard on mobile for suggestions, knowing if someone read my messages as well as the SBAR template. thanks for listening

Still have concerns about messages open and another residents chart. I liked the separate message center on dashboard.

Thank you for your feedback. We've added many new features. The keyboards now allow for autocorrect, suggestions, copy/paste and voice to text. Medical terms can be added to the dictionary through the mobile keyboard. To get access to these features, please update to the latest Secure Conversations version.

FIX NOTIFICATIONS NOW!!

Notifications do NOT work. Why you ask? Because the developers are morons! “ "Secure Conversations" does not classify any of its notifications as Time Sensitive or direct messages.
You may receive more announcements from the app.”
How in the world does a medical communication NOT qualify as “Time Sensitive” or a “Direct Message”? “you may receive more announcements from the app”. Yeah right. There isn’t even a badge indicator. This is DANGEROUS for patient care.

Search

I like that I can use the search bar for “my messages” when I’m looking up residents. I wish there’s a search bar when I looked for “Other”. It would be better if I can search on the other messages and add on instead of making a new one.

A long way to go

Agree with previous reviewer, at least it’s better than nothing. How is there no unread message indicator on the app itself. And the audio notifications are slipshod at best. For an app that deals with medical information and critical results, it should not be so hard to find a message, or to be notified of a message.

Notifications Don’t Work

Works ok. Notifications do not work which mostly defeats the purpose.

Not user friendly

This app is not user friendly, it’s cumbersome to use, I don’t see why you have to sign in so often when my phone has a password to get onto it, and it seems that I only get half the notifications that I have a new message. When creating a new message it should save which building I’m apart of, not make me input it every time.

Worse

It got worse. Can’t copy and paste information needed. Adds liability to all people in conversation when you end and create a progress note. Unable to see clearly what messages are resolved/read. Unable to create a rounding list to follow up on messages for patient care.

Are there any physicians working at PCC?

We hear your frustrations and thank you for the feedback. We've since made updates to the app that solve many of the issues you listed. You can now securely copy and paste information and filter for messages that are read/unread. We may not have a view into your rounding list but may have tools that can help you - we have a location filter to help you scope conversations to the facility you will round and have added patient search to find messages about specific patients.
