Thank you for your feedback. We've added many new features. The keyboards now allow for autocorrect, suggestions, copy/paste and voice to text. Medical terms can be added to the dictionary through the mobile keyboard. To get access to these features, please update to the latest Secure Conversations version.

We hear your frustrations and thank you for the feedback. We've since made updates to the app that solve many of the issues you listed. You can now securely copy and paste information and filter for messages that are read/unread. We may not have a view into your rounding list but may have tools that can help you - we have a location filter to help you scope conversations to the facility you will round and have added patient search to find messages about specific patients.

How in the world does a medical communication NOT qualify as “Time Sensitive” or a “Direct Message”? “you may receive more announcements from the app”. Yeah right. There isn’t even a badge indicator. This is DANGEROUS for patient care.

We apologize for the frustration with notifications. Ensuring timely and accurate notifications is a high priority of ours. We've since made improvements to the notifications, added the ability to classify conversations as important, and continue to invest in improvements.

We hear your frustration with the frequent login experience. We've since made an update that can extend your login period from 8 hours to 1 week. Notifications will continue to be received even if your login is timed out (though you will have to sign in again). We will continue to make investments to improve your user experience. Please update the app to the latest version to get the best experience.
