The data suddenly disappeared for no reason with a huge amount of my needed data and I have email the company three times and tried to contact them many times over the last few weeks with absolutely no reply what so ever

App has stopped working
I loved this app but in the past 6 months or more I have noticed I cannot import or export anymore. I’m prompted to enter in my code again and of course it doesn’t accept it when entering it in the 2nd time to import or export any data.

what happened with the update, we need it. It will be that you are waiting for version IOS 15, say something…
It’s ALL gone!
Have been using this app for years. Went to look at some sensitive information stored on this app in Feb 2021 and found EVERY folder I created EMPTY!
Clearly Secure Folder has been hacked and now I am extremely worries. Passwords and personal photographs no longer exist and (I presume) gone forevermore!
I have other sensitive stuff on another “secure” platform and will be moving back to my PC as clearly these various “Vault” apps are not as secure as we are led to believe.
My advise is stick to the Cloud and do not place any sensitive stuff on this or any other Vault app.

Needs an Update
So the app was very easy to use. Personally, it was one of my favorites of all time but it’s outdated. 1 alphabetical ordering would be nice. 2 a much needed update is necessary. I noticed now that it glitches using iOS 14.3. You open it and start adding characters and it’ll go black, making it impossible to see what you are typing. Fix this ASAP and get a 5 star rating.

Not every type of file can this lock
Sorry to tell you but this app is not saving my file as I was expecting. Surly it should do any type of file and put a lock on it
It did not find my mp4 file and i could not open the photos either
after clicking on the photo icon . When I click on contact within the app which you have nothing happens why have it there in the first place if I wanted to report my issue.
You should be able to make a folder and add what you want right ?

Great App
Secure Folder does everything you would want a secure folder app to do! No need to search any further, this is the app you were looking for. Simple, secure, perfect!
Freezing app
It will not let me download additional pictures to my secret folder… It keeps freezing up… Then when I try to get out of the app and come back and asked me several times for my password then freezes up again

Unable to save photos
After update to iOS 14, can’t save photos. After tapping the + button, iOS asks select of keep photos. The asks for password again. Enter password and selection page goes blank. Please fix.
Best app out there
I have used this app for YEARS. Was a bit disappointed they hadn’t updated it and assumed it was now dead in the water but as it was so good I stuck with it despite that. They’ve just come back and updated it and I couldn’t be happier. Great app.
Audio for Videos stop working
After I changed the settings for my Photos/Videos to Download and Keep Originals under the Photos in Setting the secure folder Videos that I kept in there audio just stop working. I had to turn it back to iCloud but doesn’t work anymore 🤦 I only did the Download to my phone storage since I have a 128GB and my iCloud is almost full but this app audio just stop working. So now all my Hentai videos that I saved are all gone ruined. Also Gif’s doesn’t work in this app.

Good but could be easily improved
Overall good but should have the chance to backup if you change your phone or breaks. Also would need to alphabetize entries. Would be great to be able to change the size and type of font in the notes.

App is nice and comes in handy. However, don’t get to tied to it because when you eventually upgrade to a new phone your screwed! App doesn’t have any backup option or export features that lets you transfer your data over to a new phone. So you have to download the app again and enter everything all over. NOT! I’ll find an app that allows for data transfer!!!!

My passwords were mangled and I lost over half of them. I wrote thru the app for support but received none.
An app to store all your passwords should not lose them. Very annoyed and disappointed.
