Don’t waste your time
Doesnt transmit data to badge. Still have to use older app versions and I have a brand new rfid badge that carried a higher price. No reason to use this app

App is terrible, badge is terrible. Terrible connections. Terrible customer service.
Pathetic app
This app has so many bugs It’s highway robbery. They charge $600 a year to use it. And it can’t even store your log information on an iPhone. Every time you press a button, it takes about 30 seconds to respond and there are all kinds of other glitches. The interface does not make it easy to figure out what needs to be updated and update it. God forbid you have to call customer service and you get to speak to someone who really doesn’t speak English and they can’t understand you.

LET ME SAVE MY LOGIN INFO
You’d think in the year 2025 I could login with face ID, or at least have my iphone autopopulate my username/password but no, I have to manually enter that info every time. Even if I try to manually create a saved entry in the iphone Passwords app, doesn’t work. But sure, charge me $600/year for an app that can’t even make this one small part of my job even one iota easier.

this app logs you out every few hours and doesn’t save your user name!
Worst app ever, forces you to enter your user name and password every time, and automatically kicks you out every few hours
