This app won’t even open on any of my phones

Complete rip off
This company has merged with Symplr and they are slowly moving accounts over so you have to pay for them both for hospitals that you already had access to through this app. It’s criminal.
Stealing your money
They are currently merging with another vendor credentialing company… and not only do they require you to maintain credentialing while they SLOWLY do the merge, each company has doubled their price and is charging you $600,EACH!
The App is Bad
The app is awful. You cannot upload files on your phone. It costs $599 a year to deal with poor customer service and a bad app.
Not a happy end user since 2021
They increase their subscription prices by 45% or more and don’t even provide you a heads up or an email informing you of the new “features” and new price !

Garbage App
This app is never updated. It still functions as if it is 2020 and we are in the midst of COVID. Why am I still having to answer questions pertaining to COVID exposure every time I sign into a facility. And while we are at it why does this app need to know my location always. It only needs to know my location when I have to use this atrocious piece of garbage.

Crooks
This company charged me even though I cancelled and no longer work for my previous company. It’s outrageous how much they charge. They won’t refund and their system is almost impossible to cancel your membership.

This company is more exploitative than Diddy and you’re better off trying to sign in with an Etch A Sketch. Mike Sheehan, you made the world a worse place with this one. I hope it comes back to haunt you.

Cannot submit credentials. Ever. Kind of a big deal as my entry to hospitals depends on it. Cust svc repeats the line “keep trying”.

The app doesn’t work. One of the more dysfunctional credentialing services to begin with. The buttons in the app sometimes work, most times do not. Very frustrating to deal with
Won’t Open
This app is absolutely trash. I can get to the front page but cannot select the menu,, so you cannot check into a facility. I hope this entire company fails.
Not Compatible With IPhone
Please update app so it’s compatible with latest IOS. App is not updated to work in full screen of new IOS. App menu buttons are inaccessible as a result.
Buttons at top of app are too close to top
The buttons at the top of the app are very hard to use and non-responsive because they are too close to the top. Also, the app is not very intuitive to use. Eg, Clicking outside of the menu doesn’t bring you back to the screen you were on.
Corrupt company
Reptrax is an extortion racket. On top of that the services they claim to provide don’t work. They can’t verify anything and the app never ever work as it is suppose to. It’s time for a class action lawsuit against these racketeers! Hey Reptrax, save all your receipts lawsuits are coming.
Legit Garbage
This app is absolute trash. Really. It’s nearly impossible to navigate, due to non-responsiveness when trying to click the menu, go back buttons, or menu selections . It requires tapping all around the button until it finally hits the sweet spot and registers a tap. I have a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and have 0, that’s ZERO responsiveness issues with any other app — only this steaming pile of dung.
And don’t get me started on credentialing companies. In my opinion what they do is nothing short of racketeering, and healthcare systems/hospital administrators are fools to contract with any of them. I am required to spend on average $1000 a year on 3 different credentialing “services” in order to prove I have received a few vaccinations and a letter from my company stating I have watched a couple of HIPAA and safety videos, just so I can do my job installing medical equipment.
Credentialing companies have crafted one of the biggest scams of the century. Shame on them, and this includes you, Sec3ure/Intellicentrics or whatever fluffy tech-sounding name you choose to identify with. And shame on healthcare systems and hospital administrators for contributing to, and enabling, nothing more than organized crime and money-grubbing thieves.

Not good
Please take some of the money we pay you every year to make an app that works. Buttons don’t work, documents don’t upload, and hasn’t worked since I had an iPhone 8.
Doesn’t work
Error of “-6” whenever I go to upload a credential. Literally useless app, yet another roadblock to limit us from supporting our customers.
