I have tried installing and deleting many times and it does not install the vpn configuration file for some reason

Changes to Kaspersky contract march 2026 finished it for me!

Unfortunately with the changes introduced regarding logging internet activities, I do not think it serves privacy and neither anonymity. I refuse to accept the new agreement and will cancel my subscription.

업데이트 후 VPN 연결 시 인터넷 중단

이번 업데이트 및 사용권 동의 이후
VPN이 아예 작동하질 않습니다.
타 국가는 연결도 안되고,
가장 빠른 연결로 연결하면 인터넷이 안되네요.
빠른 시일 내에 해결 안된다면 환불 부탁 드립니다.

年会費で購入しましたが全く駄目ですね。最初の2ヶ月は大丈夫でしたが後はダメ次回更新は先ず考えられないですね。

Il marchait très bien avant.

Depuis les dernières mises à jour, plus rien ne marche, en réinstallant l’application je constate que la connexion VPN remarche mais uniquement en Wifi, ça fait déjà un certain temps que ça dure, j’ai désactivé le renouvellement automatique de mon abonnement en attendant que le problème soit réglé, je ne désespère pas que les spécialistes de Kaspersky y arrive, toutefois je ne suis pas inquiet j’ai potentiellement une autre solution qui fonctionne très bien mais j’aimerais rester fidèle si c’est possible.
