Just so we're on the same page, the app works best with files that are set up like a database. If your files are in a different format, they won't be able to be converted, and you'll see an error message. We've tested the app thoroughly with many users who have found it to work really well when their files are properly configured. Could you perhaps tell me a bit more about the structure of the csv files you're trying to convert? Knowing more might help us figure out what's going on and how we can get things working smoothly for you.
