VPN is not free, when ever tapping the screen it tries to get you to subscribe. Does not offer vpn services for free. 5 star ratings seem to be fake.

So I got a virus and trying to get rid of it. This app didn’t help and why does it not show what people are about to get when they pay.
Also what’s with the thumb it scanned itself.

Making a dispute

Since December of 2019 until this week November 16, 2020 I have been paying your Weekly subscription rate of $8.73 through iTunes by mistake. Somehow mistakenly we subscribed weekly this VPN app. Charges amount to around $410 and if you see login or usage you will see that this app was probably not used. Can we get refunded the weekly subscriptions. Or at least fairly pay the annual subscription? I believe my 10 year old son accidentally downloaded this app without my permission. Thank you for reviewing this issue.
