Never Worked Never Will

I purchased the secure note garage door opener more than two years ago. I have never been able to get it to work. According to the company first there was a problem with the hardware. I got a new system sent to me and installed it but it still would not work because the app would not ever set up correctly. Supposedly the app only works on older devices and iOS now.

Broken promises

When I bought the system it was suppose to automatically connect. Then the promise was it would work with the new iPhone. That was a phone or two ago.
Never automatically connects via bluetooth, that features is BS on the smart garage.

Years of failure and disappointment

This device works for everyone in the family except for me. Several phones over the years, phone rebuilds, account deletions/recreations. Nothing works. Tried the latest invitation code method, which I am never prompted for. I may just need the replace this with a brand that will work.

TICKED OFF

I spent a lot of money on the Secure Remote unit so I could use my iPhone to control my garage door. This app does NOTHING buy time-out. Fix it, and update the app PLEASE!
