these crooks have charged my west lake financial after my device has been unplugged and will not answer any of my emails or calls for cancellations, i’ve tried for over a year, no luck, STAY AWAY if they call you, the app is inaccurate anyways and they strap you into an un cancellable subscription

This device does not work at all. It take for ever to located vehicle, and it really have a bad signal. Take forever to locate vehicle! Late notifications and not accurate.

I love this app. I can easily transfer my device to any vehicle and see the trip history as well as get alerts in real time.

I installed the app and I can’t even make an account it just say sign in or forgot username or forgot password I don’t even have an account to even select one of those options smh how can I make an account to start with

When trying to view my recent trips, I click the trip app and it crashes immediately. Please fix

Apparently you only have 30 days to return which is ridiculous because if I don’t want it, I don’t want to use it. So I’m stuck paying all this money for something I’ll never use. And I don’t want to use it because it doesn’t have good reviews and there are far better options. I never even took it out of the box. I don’t recommend.
