I’M OUT!
I’ve had it with trying & retrying to get into my passwords. Somehow, my fingerprint isn’t working as the option to use it has disappeared. One minute I was in, closed the app & a short while later it’s gone. I’ve tried using my password…you’re telling me it wrong. It’s the only one I’ve ever had.
Try to get to your customer service…that’s useless, it’s not in English & no one to speak with.
I tried creating a new account…I can’t use my same email address I’ve had since the mid 1990s. I have no other email address & don’t want one!
Unless you can help me with a live person on the other end of the phone who speaks English, you have just lost a long-time customer.
And by the way, my SecureSafe hasn’t worked on my iPhone for over a year but I’m paying you & can’t use anything right now!

Great FREE app
I’ve been using Secure Safe for at least 5 years and I used to love it. Now I cannot log in, it sends me on a circle of steps and doesn’t accept my log in. I put in my security code (20+ characters) and it didn’t accept that either. I don’t know what is going on but I am now looking for another place to store my passwords. I might just write them down in a book because I know they won’t disappear!!

No warning of ending subscription
There is no email or app warnings of your subscription ending. Make sure you set a calendar alerts prior to your term expiring or you won’t be able to access passwords until you pay the ‘ransom.’ Extremely frustrating.

It’s almost perfect, the major pitfall is that you can not chance the app name, to keep it really safe. It can be easy found in cade of robbery.
Doesn’t work in India
Mine used to work properly until I installed a new wifi connection.. it is not connecting now except on 5 G

I refuse to get rent software
No updates in over one year. Facial ID remains broken
Facial ID is still broken and the app forces you to log onto the website. There is no update to fix in the near future. Why have an app in the first place?
Can’t open app
I’ve been using Secure Safe for many years and liked it. But for the past month or two it won’t open for me. It keeps telling me password is invalid and it’s the same password I have been using for a while. I even had face recognition on it but it doesn’t come up either. They have my money but the app is useless to me. They keep saying they are working on the issue but haven’t fixed it yet. Very upset because some of the passwords only exist on the app!!!

Login funktioniert seit mittlerweile ewigen Zeiten nicht mehr richtig. Man kann sich irgendwie behelfen und durchschwindeln. Aber das kann es nicht sein! Support wurde kontaktiert, leider ohne nachhaltigen Erfolg.

Jetzt funktioniert es endlich wieder tadellos. Hat lange gedauert. Ich habe mein Abo jetzt doch verlängert.

Stopped working again
Go find a different password saver. This is a pain. It doesn’t recognize Face ID most of the time. It’s a hassle and not worth the aggravation, and I pay for mine!
I have filled in the user name and password a dozen times and several times I get through to the next level with a bunch of letters and numbers, I answer the puzzle and every time it says incorrect user name or password!!
I have gone down this same rabbit hole many times where I am locked out of SecureSafe for one or more days and out of the blue I use FaceTime login days later and it logs me in!
Which tells me it is your app that is at fault and broken!!
This has been happening to me on and off for years.

UPDATE: I did have someone reach out to me and help me with the issues I had. So far, it seems the problem was fixed and everything is working properly.

Up until the last couple of Apple updates it’s been working. I’ve been able to find work arounds and fool the app, which doesn’t comfort me, but it’s very frustrating. The “Login without Internet Connection” tab seems to be the trigger, so you just have to get around that, although I’m not always able to. Annoying and frustrating.

What the heck are you doing to FIX THE LOG IN PROBLEMS??
By reading the complaints, it seems like EVERY review is complaining about the same set of log in problems FOR ALMOST ALL OF THE YEAR 2025, and every SS response directs the user to contact the customer support department.

What is happening lately with the app that will not accept th password. No problem with the password, same as always but it will not accept and not allow me to enter the app. I’ve checked for updates but still same problem.
It sends me to the website where I must play a game of guessing more than three times and still the site won’t open. Why can I not used the app?

Used to be great now useless
App worked great for years, now every time I log on I get directed to their website, the app is essentially pointless now. Have raised a fault ticket, fixed it the next time I logged in and after that we’re back to the app not working and redirecting me to their website. I won’t be renewing my subscription again

App broke. Passwords disappeared
I was using this app for a short while without many issues. It did the job. But I’ve had nothing but problems the last few months with longing on, and now all my passwords have disappeared regardless of how I log in. So hugely disappointing and inconvenient. Do not recommend this app, best to look into others.

Logging issues
It’s been months and logging issues are still present, very disappointing and don’t understand all this complains for months now and the company or developers haven’t fixed only keep making worse. Don’t feel safe using this app anymore. Will start looking for a new one soon. Very disappointing
