Worst company ever

Zero customer support. Constant false alarms. No one ever answers the phone. Microtec and then Stanley were way better and at least helped. SECURITAS spells GARBAGE. No one answers the phone and they recommend sending emails. But when they finally reply, it is to say, f”@& you. Your system must be working 😖😳
Horrible!! Scammers. Salesman is a dweeb. Had no problems for 15 years with Microtec, salesman pushed me to “upgrade” and I have had nothing but problems and false alarms. ‼️ How does a company like this continue to be in business???? Why is the customer always paying for nothing????

Not user friendly

Doorbell notifications keep coming back after deleting them. Live surveillance shows a person that came here 3 days ago, cannot delete it.

No up to the hype or expectations

Spent lots of extra money to get great coverage and service but disappointing. Settings with wifi don’t hold, camera doesn’t always notify someone in the yard, support by email poor and not great by phone. The owner came out and was great but alas things fell apart in the following 3 weeks. We are seriously considering disconnecting.

Thieves in disguise!

I strongly advise against engaging with this company. In less than two months of being their customer, we have faced a barrage of dishonesty and incompetence. Their repeated false claims, from misleading product descriptions to deceptive service assurances, reveal a shocking lack of integrity.

Notably, their technicians not only failed to deliver on the promised service but also caused significant damage to our modem during their visits. This led to charges from our internet service provider, which they adamantly refuse to acknowledge or rectify. Despite multiple attempts to address these issues, including technician visits and numerous calls, our problems persist.

This company's behavior is not only unethical but also legally questionable. Their actions have caused us substantial financial losses, undue stress, and significant inconvenience. I urge anyone considering their services to exercise extreme caution. In my professional opinion, considering the damages incurred within such a short span, pursuing legal recourse might be a viable option which we plan on pursuing.

Would LOVE OUT of our contract. Absolutely the WORST security system out there. Hard to use, always problems with it. Should of went with NEST

Doesn’t work after 8 months because of a power lost

Works good until power lost and 8 months later still not working or any news from Stanley but apparently there’s been a service call open all this time! Great customer service....NOTTTTT

Domotique?

Pas de programmation horaire, comme armer le système à 20:00... comme s’il y avait un couvre-feu. Sérieusement comme armer à 22:00 les soirs de semaine et différent la FdeS.

Aucune interaction avec GoogleHome ni Alexa...

Je n’appelle pas ça de la domotique.

Needs an update

Heat schedule won’t stick to the heat schedule half the time. Doorbell notification shows up 10 minutes after the occurrence. Cannot program to lock the door. Too many glitches. So far, not impressed.
