Does the basics, outdated to today’s cloud storage

There should be an option to connect to a cloud service like one drive or box or Dropbox or Google Drive, etc. Otherwise it’s same as iPhone photos app. Lock photos, hidden photos, etc.
If it had an option to connect to a cloud service, it would be an awesome app. That would free up a lot of space for those of us who use alot of photos/videos. Google Photos is the next best option or an app that does let you upload to a cloud option or server (like Amazon, cheap storage, reliable).

Endless loop prompts until you give it Screen Time control

This app wants access to Screen Time Restrictions. If you don’t allow it the app becomes stuck in an endless loop until you agree.

The first time is on initial launch, you cannot get past the prompts until you do. You can block access later by going into Settings > Screen Time.

The next time this happens is if you choose “Lock Apps” or “Conceal Apps”. It once again puts the app in an endless loop until you agree to give it Screen Time control.

Importing videos is limited to 120 seconds.

Deleting photos, you are prompted once before the delete becomes permanent. This app does not have a trash can, and no time limit such as 30 days to recover. Once deleted it is gone forever.

On Screen Time access, the developer can issue a prompt that some features of the app will not function correctly without access but forcing the end user into an endless loop prompt until you agree to give it access does not inspire confidence or trust, it’s just sloppy coding and testing.

Your gallery for my step thank you so much apple.com

I don't want to share my photo other than pics for

Amazing App

The UI is very slim and clean and it has helped me managed my screen time

😉

Your time is up, and the feature is now free on iPhone

Why???

I am completely confused on what this app is supposed to be for. If its for privacy, can’t you just put it in the hidden album it using your fingerprint? Or use a free screen blocker? What about other privacy/cloud options out there that are open-source? I really am not trying to say it’s bad but I am more just not sure what I’m supposed to do. I’ll change my review if someone could explain

Nosy App

Insists on having access to ScreenTime before you can even try it out.

Sorry, in a privacy themed app, this is a red flag from minute one, even if it needs that permission to “lock” or “conceal” apps. You ask for the permission when you need it not before you let people even see the feature set.

That, combined with one level deep in folders and no way to add comments to photos pushes this way down the rankings

Screen Time access?

Locking apps is cool, but if I don’t want that, I shouldn’t have to give you screen time access.

Amazing app!

Very nice UI

Invasive

Requires access to control screen time and collects user data.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. We request screen time control access to lock apps; however, we do not collect any user data. You can review our privacy policy for more details. The alert you see on your device is a standard notification from iOS. We have zero knowledge of what files you save in Photo Vault by Lilucat or which apps you choose to lock or use.

quality app

app works smooth and fast!
