App is great
The face recognition login and the debit card controls are two of my favorite items. The commercial tools are also top notch for my SMB.

Where is the LOG OUT!!!
Sounds crazy for people used to tech- but then again- I’m old.. but WHERE is the LOG OUT located!!!

App struggles to perform
Bank and app struggle with the idea of online banking I’ve had my password reset 6 times and have been blocked from viewing my account for days at a time for “online maintenance”

Face ID Login?
Decent app, works fine. Although it’s a nuisance toggling back and forth between multiple accounts. Would be beneficial to have the app get update to facial ID recognition.
Once you get the hang of it it’s easy!
Remember your access code! I had it turned on to remember so when I had a problem with my passcode I couldn’t remember what my access code was. Also, I like that they have you change your passcode every 180 days. The staff is helpful when you have a problems

The app won’t even get to the login page since the last update.
