Technical difficulties
Every time I try to login just telling me technical difficulties then it wants to verify ever 10 minutes. That is me wants to send a code to my phone. I had to have a 600 credit score to start account but y’all cannot keep up your app going so I can check my balance and move money when I need to.
The app barely works
I haven't been able to use the app for the past 4 days, and now I can't even access the website.
Access Issues
Frequently have issues with app having error when trying to open.
Half the time it doesn’t work.
This app continuously crashes and the fingerprint login hasn’t worked in several weeks. Now this app hasn’t let me login in two days.
Love that a small town bank has big city benefits.
Love the personal attention. Grateful for the personable and professional attention to detail. My only suggestion is to have a running, projected balance as other banking apps do.
Cheapest Banking App Ever
You’d think when you acquire another bank you’d adopt the best of that bank instead of scrapping it all. One of the best parts of Reelfoot Bank was the app. Every transaction was logged with the change in my balance like a proper ledger. But now my balance changes often times hours before a transaction even appears. Just another reason I will so be leaving Security Bank.
