Login process
Every time I try to login, I end up having to call the bank. It is very frustrating.
Password versus face recognition
My personal opinion is that when you sign in with your login and password and enable the face recognition. You should not have to to continue to login with your. Login and password. The face recognition should sign you in from there on out.

Everything you need is on the app, easy to use and responsive when you need to look at your balance, make transfers, or even deposit checks from your phone. 10/10 love the app and Face ID login is a must and they sure did deliver!
Helpful and fast
The app runs smoothly and makes it easy to perform quick transactions.
Don’t like as much
I don’t like the updated app at all. It’s more complicated to get into the information just doesn’t seem to be as easily accessible, especially for when I’m in that moment when I need to quickly look. Transfer money out of my savings account to my checking account. But I love security bank I am a long time customer

Clunky
The entire online banking experience is pretty clunky. You can’t use most of the features until you have been a member for 3 months. There is very little description shown for purchases.
