This thing came up while trying to put a new blink system into operation. They present as if they’re actually the blink app and I stupidly believed them. They got me to pay them 40 bucks for a supposed subscription. My bad! Don’t fall for it.
NOT WORTH $10 a WEEK!
Are you kidding me? The nearly $10 a week should be the monthly charge, like some other camera systems are. Not only is it crazy expensive, the reliability is poor, the app crashes or fails to record movement. Sensitivity is nearly impossible to adjust properly. I’m giving this POS the TRASH, along with their nerve to charge so much for such an inadequate system.

The camera cost some 120$ , the monthly fees cost 60 $ !!!!. Crazy . U should put a note about your monthly fees on the box so we get informed before buying ...this is the first time i give one star review ever .

Signed up 29.99$ subscription and received no service. I couldn't connect my camera and falls advertise that it was compatible with my camera brand tapo only realize after paying it was scam. Can't select anything on the screen and then no support to request refund

Clicked on the app by mistake and was charged £29.99 for an annual subscription. Asked for a refund straight away under the consumer goods acts but they refused.

Crashes
App started crashing about two weeks ago. I’ve uninstalled it and restart my phone. I even restored my phone still it crashes.

Does it do anything?
I can’t do anything on this app. I paid the $30. I can’t click any button. It’s like nothing on the app works at all except for the help center and it wasn’t much help.
Subscription Fee
I don’t want to pay weekly for what ever I’m being forced to pay but I had to yo down load the app so my Ring doorbell would work.
No customer service and it’s a scam
Tried numerous times to get in touch with the customer service team and never had a response. And just like lots of other people, I mistakenly downloaded and bought a subscription and was unable to get a refund, even minutes after the purchase. This is a scam.
👍Does the job
I mostly use this for TV and printer scanning. It's simple, thorough, and a reliable little helper for my smart home network. Does its job well.
NOT the official Ring app
I accidentally downloaded this thinking it was the official Ring doorbell app, it’s not. The website and support don’t seem reliable, and I cancelled right away. Posting this to help others avoid the same mistake.
Peace of mind at an Airbnb
I stayed in an Airbnb last week and got this weird feeling, you know? So I downloaded this app for the free trial. The network scan found a bunch of devices, including a couple of network cameras I didn't know about. The app did a risk assessment and listed them. I was honestly a little scared at first, but having the app tell me what was on the network made me feel so much better. It gave me the info I needed. Really glad I had it.

Trying the trial
Just started the free trial to scan for cameras on my network. So far it seems good. Hoping it gives me some peace of mind while I'm away.
Great for roommates
My roommate set up this app for our apartment, and although the initial device scan took a minute, it was definitely worth it. The network scanning is amazing—it found all our smart plugs, the TV, everything. I love that I can see all the devices connected to our Wi-Fi right from my phone. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes it takes a couple tries to get a cọmplete list, and the names it gives devices are a little weird sometimes. But other than that, I love the cọmprehensive feeling it gives me! The risk assessment part makes me feel like I have more control over our home network security.
