Real banking
First off I LOVE my bank. They do banking like it used to and still needs to be done! The app just keeps getting better and better, whether it’s to transfer, view accounts, message a real person and get non AI generated responses they have it all. I cannot say enough good things. If you are looking for a bank and an app ran by people who care - security federal is the one and only choice that makes a difference. And nope - I don’t work for them - lol - me and my entire family just trust real people that care and deliver.

NO ZELLE!
I checked first and Zelle said it supported SF, but the app has no mention of Zelle anywhere. Then I received a payment through Zelle, it didn’t post, I followed the link that came with the text receipt, followed the instructions word for word and it ends up saying the app is not available in my country! But I already have the app! That makes zero sense. You’re telling me that there is another app? Why can’t I get it? I live the state where SF is!
