Been a customer for years and the time that I need to be able to deposit some money into my account…they didn’t have a convenient way to do it. Why after all these years of automatic deposits, would I have to get approval before I can scan a check to deposit into my account? Seems like it would be automatically included? Because I had to wait for “authorization”…I got a late fee. Guess I’ll be moving my accounts to a more truly convenient bank?
