Absolutely love this camera and would recommend to anyone!

After I set it up how it going and it was everything they said could do one day it wasn’t working and they would not let me get back online again

I was led to believe there was a non-subscription option. I just trashed a perfectly good garage camera because it stopped working after my “trial” period.
No one will contact you back
I have now sent two emails this week with no response.
Very unhappy with this purchase
Could not put my camera on line or sign in and will probably have to return it and cancel my subscription.

Access no longer active on our phones
We had Vico home and paid for our 2nd year and automatically. Now we can’t activate it again unless we pay again. I can’t find a number to call and the only way to get into the cameras is to pay again. I’ve tried to find a way to contact them and don’t have the original boxes. I tried to look it up about the company and nothing came up in my search. Maybe they’re not in business anymore.
