The camera functioned initially, but after some time it began freezing. I attempted to reset it, but that did not resolve the issue. I also contacted customer support, but they were unable to fix the problem. As a result, the product is no longer usable.
Customer support advised me to contact the store where I purchased the camera. However, when I visited the store, I was informed that they no longer carry this model.
Because the malfunction remains unresolved and no support is available to help, I am requesting a full refund or a replacement. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the product.

Wirklich n Witz ich hab die camaras schon ca 2 Jahre bei der 1 is die Infrarot Sicht nach kurzer Zeit hinüber die 2 hat seit 3 Tagen kein Zugriff mehr Mitteilungen kommen bei Bewegung jedoch schauen kann man nicht da ist jede camara von ausländischen Anbietern um Klassen besser aber wer billig kauft kauft 2 x
