Low functionality, inaccurate
I’ve always been a little frustrated with all of the things this app can’t do. Coming from the US Bank app that has all the functionality of logging in on your desktop. But it’s a small bank, so understandable. However this week was the topper. I knew I had an auto pay that wasn’t going to have enough funds so I logged in to see how much money I needed to deposit. I could see my last last debit had cleared and presumed the total shown me as available funds was correct. I deposited the appropriate funds to cover the coming payment. Only to end up with an insufficient funds fee because the available balance did NOT reflect a deduction of my last debit. Extremely frustrating! This has been a “side gig” account which I’m considering closing now.

This is a great bank. Easy to work with and friendly. Been with SSB 12+ years and if they have a problem it is taken care of right away.
The worst banking app ever
Constantly taking Face ID off, not accepting passwords. When you do put in the correct password due to their system still won’t work. The most horrible and frustrating banking App I have ever used!!! Cannot wait to find a new bank.
