Not showing my crypto

When I first purchased the V20 downloaded my crypto and everything was great, showed what I had every time I turned it on. Didn’t use it for 6 months, turned it on, nothing, all my crypto had disappeared. Tried everything to reset it , and now I don’t know how to retrieve my crypto, just a pain. My ledger is a lot better, still shows other crypto I have after 12 months. All SecuX say is, we don’t hold the crypto, I know dur!

This app does not work and they haven’t fixed it in years. Can’t even enter a password without it freezing up. Can’t access my device. Total garbage.
