Improved App Performance and Resolved bugs

User reviews

Needs Better User Experience

The app has useful features, but the user experience is disappointing. It asks for an OTP every time the app is opened, making the login process slow and frustrating for both parents and students.

This issue is so noticeable that it was even mentioned in a school exam answer, where the student wrote about coming home after four tests with a headache and still having to log in again just to use the app.

Please add a "Keep Me Logged In" option and improve the overall usability. A school app should be simple, fast, and convenient to use.

Expensive App with Poor User Experience

We pay around ₹3,500 for this app as part of the school’s requirements, so we expected a much better experience.

One of the questions in my daughter’s exam was to write about her day, and instead of writing only about school, she ended up mentioning one of the biggest frustrations with this app—it asks for OTP login every single time it is opened. My daughter herself wrote that logging in repeatedly is time-consuming, and even I face the same problem as a parent.

A modern school app should remember the user’s login securely and only ask for OTP when necessary. Having to enter the mobile number and wait for an OTP every time is frustrating, especially when parents need to check homework, notices, or school updates quickly.

For an app that schools charge parents to use, I expected:

* Persistent login (stay signed in securely)
* Better user experience
* Faster access without repeated OTP verification
* More polished and reliable performance

Instead, the repeated login process wastes time and creates unnecessary inconvenience for both students and parents.

I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and improve the authentication process. An educational app should make life easier, not add extra frustration.

Response from developer

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We understand and acknowledge your concern regarding the OTP login process. However, the application is designed so that users are not required to enter an OTP every time they open the app. Once logged in, the session remains active unless the user explicitly logs out. If a user has logged out, OTP verification is required again as a security measure to ensure safe and authorized access to the account. We appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention. If you are experiencing repeated OTP requests without logging out, please let us know, as we would be happy to look into the issue and assist you further. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
