I just downloaded the app and it says to update… that’s weird. I clicked the update to install and it takes me back to App Store and I opened it again and it says update to install. I’m so confused… why do you suggest using an app that clearly has issues, idk.
Unable to Update
I cannot up date the app. I am out on leave and need to communicate and upload forms and cannot. Extremely frustrating!!! Fix it. It just loops round and round.

Downloaded this app for personal reasons . I can’t even open this App because it tells I need too update here or in the App Store. Go to the App Store and it’s no where to be found. I think Sedgwick needs to do some updating !

worse Customer Service ever
This is work customer service I have seen in my lifetime, I have an injury from work, and I have been trying to get in touch with these people to no avail. If they eventually answer your call they will be mute when on the phone with them, these people have frustrated me because I call to talk to them. You people need to change your way cause a lot of people are hurting so badly. I am writing this with the sadness of my broken 💔

I am unable to access the app! It states there is a mandatory update but if you click the link it does nothing.This app is awful. I do not want to give it any stars
App not functional
You go to open the app and it keeps telling you to install the update. When you select the update button, it just puts you in the same loop. This needs to be fixed.

January 2025 the app still says you need to do a update and cycles you round and around there is no update
