Intentionally difficult?
I can’t believe that a company like Walmart would employ a service
Like Sedgwick. Difficult to log into the app. When dealing with a representative from Sedgwick they didn’t seem to appreciate that I wanted to get a head start on applying for an loa so I could make other arrangements if not approved.

Horrible program
Certainly not helpful if you have a claim. I wonder if the other apps for Sedgwick work. Don’t offer this convenience to guests, if program is unreliable.

Is this the worst app ever made?
It doesn’t work, like at all. Even to change you password and submit your email, the submit tab doesn’t even register. It’s actually impressive how bad this app is, it might be the worst I’ve ever seen.
