Why just 4 stars?
Have only used one or two of these from time to time but I'd say, "I think they work"...based on my experience as a result of listening to one daily. Seems like my outlook changed because of this.

There are much better meditation apps at this price and less.
Been using these apps for a while
No problems, would give more stars. But recently I purchased a program and there was a glitch that gave me a different program instead. I contacted support, no response. Until this is sorted out, I can't recommend it. I paid $4 for one program and ended up with one I didn't want and ZERO help from tech support.

I love this app although I have never actually heard it all the way through, as its so relaxing I'm usually asleep within 5 mins, not sure if I will be seducing the man of my dreams but I have noticed people male and female seem to be approaching me more, including my ex boyfriend, I have been listening to it before I go to bed every night for the last month and I have never slept so well, a more relaxing deeper sleep :)
