App is not great.
Dashboard made me subscribe again after starting my trial two times and ran me around in circles for 10 minutes. When I got my info, it wasn’t anything Google hadn’t already told me.
Pretty cool
I’ve had this app for several years and it’s very helpful. The improvements over time have been great. The only feature I wish they would implement is a notification option. One of their videos, it was stated that the feature may annoy some folks with larger gardens. Having watering and fertilizing notification options would be extremely helpful - especially for beginners. I hope the owners can take this into consideration ☺️

Unreliable privacy settings
I rather have dead plants than to use this sus app. I deleted this app a few minutes after downloading and opening for the first time. First prompt was “allow location” which I promptly selected “Never.” Then I go to the “Account” tab on the app and clicked on “Location” where I assume I can enter in mg zip code.
Lo and behold the app recognized my location already. Thought I was crazy so I went into the iPhone’s privacy settings and saw that Location services set as “Never” yet so curious how the app knew my city and zip code without user input???

Need more to be useful
I use this up for my second year. It has basic functions that are useful, but it is difficult to navigate and needs more features to help manage the garden. For example, Plese have an easy way to find out where in my garden I planted a specific vegetable and what its status is.

Too small
My garden area is 25x100. Doesn’t allow that size. Yes, I could maybe do several together but that seems to be too much of a work around.

This is one of the best gardening sites.
Not completely free as stated.
The website claims this is a free app. They don’t charge because they have Amazon links. However if you want to do more than 1 garden bed you have to pay $46.99 a year.
No raised beds?
I really want to live this app, but my garden is all raised beds and there is no option for that

I’ve tried a lot of garden apps. None of them come close to this.

Such great info
I go to this app frequently! I’m newly retired and enjoying a couple of raised beds. There is always the info I need; videos if I want them. Grobot has helped identify issues and plants. And the discount at Park Seed is a plus! I love this app! Keep up the great work! It has gotten better each year!!

Helpful but need improvement
I have used this app for 2-3 months, almost daily. I am happy I found it, as it helps me track what I plant and when to harvest. It is better to use this app than not. However, this app has many annoying issues: it is difficult to navigate, requires a lot of unnecessary clicks, and lacks practical but straightforward functionalities. I hope the app will be improved before I get tired and search for another one.
