Contacts DOESN’T work
Contacts doesn’t work. Only shows me unless I sign out, get the code emailed, and sign in again. Big HASSLE!

Happy to have information at my fingertips, particularly the directory for our Organization - intuitive, very easy to navigate.
Hours submission not working properly
Hours submission is not working properly. I have an iPhone 7. You cannot scroll all the way down and you cannot reach the submit button. Needs major improvement for mobility. Logging hours is not feasible, have to go to website.
Scrolling
Unable to scroll or use in landscape mode so some of the features I can't access. Usually have to use the website so app isn't helpful or useful.

Great app to keep up w NCL
We use this app for our National Charity League chapter and I love the ease of use! I can even toggle between my daughter and my accounts very easily!

Love the app but Hours Manager not scrolling
Love this app, but there is an issue with the Hours Manager in this version. It's not scrolling far enough to allow me to submit hours. The bar at the bottom of the screen with back/forward/refresh is covering the submit button. Now I can't submit hours, which is my primary use of the app.

Can't view in landscape so missing info
The app would be really helpful if turning the iPhone sideways resulted in a landscape view. Or even being able to zoom. Instead, anything that doesn't fit in the view is cut off. I'll stick with the website until this gets better.

Hasn't worked from minute one
Frustrating. Cannot get this app to work and our national charity uses it.
Hours Manager not working on iPhone 7.
Cannot scroll down to tap Submit when adding hours. Please fix! This is a basic feature used by many.
Cannot see Calendar tab in Access Website
The new update does not allow you to see the "Calendar" tab on the Access Website page. The page needs to be better optimized for mobile devices, specifically the iPhone 6s. I use this function often and am now regretting upgrading to the latest app version.

Just got this app for a non profit program. So far--so good!
Not user friendly
I am not very techy, but can do basic things. This app doesn't allow updates to profile pictures, the calendar sync doesn't work and it is cumbersome. Very frustrating
