I have been needing a way to channel peace and serenity. My life has been soo stressful and I’m rather inexperienced in meditation. This AI app guides me to reflect on different thoughts and situations. I see other ways to view different concepts and subjects. I find it to be very subjective and it talks about spirituality in the rawest of terms, so no matter what your thoughts on spirituality or religion are, it’s relative. I recommend this app to anyone as it imparts knowledge of the history of spirituality while aiding you to learn more about yourself.

Best morning/nightly ritual

Over the years I have practiced meditation and guided hypnosis. This app takes it to another level! The way Duncan learns your issues and uses those issues to personally guide you is so serene. I would recommend this app to anyone who is serious about guided practices or looking for freedom and relief!
